About the Sanctuary

Welcome to Yogie and Friends

We have three main goals:

Rescue abused, neglected, and unwanted large, exotic cats
and provide them a safe, stress-free, permanent home
To educate the public about these animals
To help other sanctuaries when possible

Yogie and Friends opens to the public on a limited basis to reduce any stress on our animals. The majority of our cats have come to us from cruel conditions and we do not want to add any more stress to their lives.

Opening to the public on a limited, educational basis gives us a means to financially support the animals. Not only do we provide them a safe and permanent home, we provide regular vet care and attend to any medical needs. Some of these cats came from horrible conditions and have ongoing medical issues.

We are open for visitors Saturdays from Noon - 5pm (weather permitting)
